A private ride is private car service, meaning you will not be asked to share a vehicle with other travelers.

Do you offer off-hour service?
Yes.  We are proud to provide 24 hour service 7 days a week.

What is your service area?
GTA and all surrounding cities.

What are your hours of operation?
24 hours, 7 days a week all year round.

Are you closed on any holidays?
No.  We operate 365 days, all year round.

How can i make a reservation?
Simply by calling us at our toll free number 1-800-604-3760 or email us at [email protected] or or by filling out our easy online reservation form.

Can I visit Toronto Airport Limo Link office in person to see vehicles and make a reservation?
Yes. Call us or email us to book an appointment to view our fleet.

What amenities are your vehicles stocked with?
We offer first class service, Complimentary bottled water, refreshments, newspaper, magazines, cellular phone to make calls within Canada and the U.S and Wi-fi.

How far in advance should I book my reservation for Prom, Wedding or Regular pick up?
You can book as early as you want and as late as 2 hours prior for airport pick up and 48 hours advance for proms and weddings.  The earlier you book, the more smoothly we can provide you with luxury car service.

Can I pay cash for the trip?
Yes. You can pay cash or pay by credit card, all of our limousines are equipped with a credit card machine.

Do you accept cheque?
Yes.  We can accept a check after you have created a corporate account.

Do you require any kind of deposit to reserve a limo and When do I pay for the service?
No. Deposits are not required, you can pay in advance if you wish to do so or if you are reserving it for someone.  You can pay the driver after the service is provided by cash or by card however you like.

When do my charges begin and end when renting a limousine?
We provide flat rates to the airport and point to point services, if you require hourly services then your time starts at the scheduled pick up time and end when your service is completed.

When will my credit card be charged?
After the service has been provided to you.

How am i going to be sure about my car to appear on the service day?
While making your reservation just provide us your email address so we can send you confirmation email for your reservation.

How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?
You can receive a receipt from the driver or ask dispatch to email you an invoice.

I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?
Yes.  Your children safety is top priority for us, simply request for a seat when booking your limousine. A $10 charge will be applied per seat.

Can I request a particular driver?
Yes.  We will make every effort possible to send your requested driver, depending on how flexible the schedule is for that day.

Can I book my reservations on-line?
Yes. We are pleased to provide our customers with an easy online reservation form.

Do you offer corporate and personal open billed accounts?
Yes. Simply give us a call and request to setup a account, and we’ll see if you qualify.

Do I need an account to make a reservation?
No. Everyone is welcome to use our services.

Why do you suggest such early pick up times for departures?
To ensure a smooth travelling experience and to avoid any hassle at the airport, as you are required to arrive early to clear customs.

What happens if my flight is delayed, when I arrive at the airport?
Our dispatch department and drivers track your flight and send the limo accordingly, you just have to follow the pick up procedure and not to worry about your limousine.

Will your driver help me with my luggage?
Yes. Our fully trained chauffeur will give you a hand with the luggage.

Do you provide meet and greet service at the airports?
Yes. We provide meet and greet services at the airport for your guests to make sure they are treated like VIP for only $49.

Will I be able to reach someone if I have a change in plans?
Yes. Simply call our toll free number or email us.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Toronto Pearson International Airport?
Once you’ll be done with your reservation, you’ll be getting a confirmation email along with all the details which includes the pick up procedure from the airport according to your Airline. There are designated area at airport where clients meets drivers. Usually Terminal 1 Post B, Terminal 3 Post 29.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Billy Bishop Airport (City Centre Airport) Airport?
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a name sign in the lobby downstairs by the escalator.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport?
Your driver will contact you and meet you outside the arrivals doors.

Where do I meet my chauffeur at Buffalo Niagara International Airport?
Your driver will contact you and meet you at arrivals.

Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?
We are really sorry to say No but It is against the law to smoke in a limousine.

What is your standard cancellation policy?
24 hours notice required to cancel a reservation or a 50% fee applies.  All no shows are charged in full.
